Working together
Our values
Our values are fundamental to how we work with our clients and how we manage our business. All of our actions are guided by these principles:
Clients first
Our complete focus is on client outcomes, helping investors to build, manage and protect their wealth throughout the generations.
High-quality
We are passionately committed to providing a high-quality ongoing service that meets the individual needs of each one of our clients.
Transparency
We interact with our clients in an open and transparent manner.
Long-term
We believe that the interests of our clients, employees and shareholders are – and should be – entirely aligned. We seek to build long-term relationships with our clients that are mutually beneficial.
Innovation
Constant evolution of – and investment in – our service and the development of all employees is of paramount importance to us, to ensure we successfully meet the ongoing needs of our clients.
Charities
As well as enriching the lives of our clients, we also want to engage with the wider community and we are committed to supporting both local charities and worthy causes advocated by our clients.
Locally, we have supported the Henley Youth Festival, Riverside Counselling Service, Harpsden Cricket Club and the Youth Academy at Henley Golf Club.
Further afield, we provided funding to the village of Brofoyedru in Ghana to provide water and sanitation. This was arranged through Ashanti Development, a 100% volunteer charity, aiming to deliver water and sanitation, healthcare, education and income generating activities to remote villages in the Ashanti region.
We also supported School Aid, a charity which sends schoolbooks and other educational resources direct to African schools in need.

Treating Clients Fairly
Our clients are at the very heart of all that we do. We are fully committed to treating our clients fairly, providing the highest standards of client service and advice.
Our Treating Clients Fairly (TCF) policy is underpinned by guidance provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to ensure that we consistently deliver fair outcomes to our clients and take responsibility for the firm and all staff providing an enhanced service quality to clients, based on a culture of openness and transparency. As a firm, we take the requirements of the FCA seriously, in particular, the requirement to treat clients fairly.
Our service is shaped by listening to our clients and understanding what is important to them. We take responsibility for meeting the needs of our clients and continually seek ways to improve the quality of our service.
We keep our clients fully informed in a clear and fair manner that is unambiguous and not misleading. We ensure our services are delivered with clarity and transparency. We make certain our clients understand the risks associated with any advice.
In the unlikely event that there is a conflict of interest, we will inform our clients as soon as possible once we become aware of it.
